Aftercare for a forehead lift

However, regardless of the surgical method, rest and recuperation are recommended for the first few days. You can treat swellings and bruises with moderate cooling, and keep your head elevated whenever possible - this supports the lymphatic drainage. Patients are socially fit again after about one to two weeks; sports should be avoided for at least four weeks.
