Wrinkles make a face look old and tired. Regaining smooth skin is the wishful thinking of many people. There are various procedures that Eliminate wrinkles or at least significantly soften them. The use of the various methods depends, among other things, on the location of the wrinkle formation and the age of the skin. But also annoying warts, disturbing acne scars, sun and age spots as well as other unsightly skin irregularities can be removed or visually significantly improved by the grinding procedure / dermabrasio.

Dermabrasion: Skin abrasion for a beautiful complexion
In aesthetic and plastic surgery, there is the possibility of gently removing scars by means of dermabrasion. Roughly speaking, this method involves the abrasion of the skin, or more precisely, skin cells of the upper skin layer. To do this, the doctor guides an instrument over the surface of the skin, which removes skin particles using diamond, metal or plastic brushes. This creates a controlled wound that activates the body's self-healing powers. In addition to treating scars, dermabrasion is also used to reduce wrinkles and generally rejuvenate the skin on the face. It is not uncommon for the complexion to appear dull and matt due to dead skin cells and small hornifications.
A Microdermabrasion can also be used with Stretch marks, pigment spots and age spots be used. However, skin abrasion has its limitations. Very bulging scars cannot be treated with this method, nor can patients with very thin skin. Here, abrasion is too risky. An operation to remove the scar or a Botox or Filler therapy against wrinkles are then the better alternative.
PLASMAGE®: PRECISE TREATMENT OF SKIN CHANGES
Plasmage® is a procedure that uses the ionisation of the surrounding air to specifically improve the skin structure. This is done without damaging the skin surface itself. Typical treatment areas for treatment with plasma are
- Upper eyelid lift
- Lower eyelid lift
- Crow's feet
- Wrinkles in the area of the upper lip
- Pregnancy and stretch marks
- Scars, keloids
- Fibromas, milia, xanthelasma
Due to the disinfecting and germ-killing properties of the plasma, warts can also be treated very well. Before the treatment, an anaesthetic cream is applied to the corresponding area. Now the plasma is applied to the corresponding areas with the help of the handpiece. The plasma triggers healing processes in the skin, which eventually lead to an improvement of the tissue. A light scab forms on the treated area after about three days. However, bleeding, haematoma and soreness do not occur with this anti-ageing treatment.
PEELINGS: INDIVIDUAL ACTIVE INGREDIENTS MAINTAIN HEALTHY SKIN
Peelings can have many effects and are therefore suitable for a whole range of aesthetic complaints that do not require any intervention. In general, the skin can be deeply cleansed and then pampered with nourishing active ingredients. Peelings can also be used to treat minor impurities. Fruit acid or chemical peelings are used here. Those who suffer from acne are also well advised to have professional cleansing and mechanical peeling.
Not only can the upper layer of the skin be clarified through peeling, but the deeper layers of the dermis can also be stimulated. The aim here is to stimulate cell function. With so-called depth peels, a downtime of about eight to ten days is to be expected. The reward is firm and fresh skin with the desired "glow" effect. Prices for a peeling at the Noahklinik Kassel start at 89 euros and go up to 1,800 euros (plus VAT).
