The removal of a lipoma is an uncomplicated procedure in most cases. After lipoma removal, bruising and slight swelling may occur. These will subside over the next few days - light cooling can support the process. Pay attention to good hygiene in the operated area. After lipoma surgery, the scars are usually very fine. With consistent scar care, they are hardly visible later.
