We have opened our ultra-modern premises at Kurfürstenstraße 10-12 in Kassel. Beginning 2021 new related. Our core team is already working since 2003 work closely together. So you can rely on well-rehearsed and efficient processes.

Thanks to our qualifications and expertise, we are also able to meet unusual and special expectations. In an appealing ambience, we do everything to make you feel completely at ease. We offer consultation hours and operations every day. For special consultations, we are also available on weekends if required.

What sets the Noahklinik apart from a standard cosmetic surgery practice?

The Noahklinik differs from a standard cosmetic surgery practice primarily in that it does not merely offer individual treatments or outpatient procedures, but, as a state-licensed §30 clinic, must meet significantly higher standards.

A state-accredited hospital rather than just a private practice The Noahklinik is a registered clinic under Section 30 of the Trade Regulation Act. This means that it meets specific legal requirements regarding safety, hygiene, organisation and medical care.
Higher safety standards Compared with a standard practice, stricter requirements apply to operating theatres, hygiene, equipment and procedures. This offers patients an additional level of safety.
In-patient care available In a standard practice, procedures are usually carried out on an outpatient basis. At the Noahklinik, patients can also be cared for overnight, depending on the procedure.
Medical care surrounding the procedure Care is organised more comprehensively before, during and after the operation. This includes preparation, the operation itself, monitoring and aftercare.
Appropriate premises and technical facilities A Section 30 clinic must have premises and equipment suitable for surgical procedures and the provision of safe care.
Greater comfort and privacy The Noahklinik generally offers a calmer, more discreet environment than large hospitals or traditional medical practices. This can be particularly pleasant for patients.
Specialising in cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures Treatment takes place in a setting specialising in plastic and cosmetic surgery. As a result, the procedures, team and equipment are all tailored to these operations.
Greater safety during major procedures A hospital setting can be particularly useful for operations that are not merely minor and carried out on an outpatient basis. It offers greater scope for monitoring and care.
Treatment provided exclusively by specialists At our clinic, treatments are carried out exclusively by experienced specialists.

In short: a standard cosmetic surgery practice usually focuses on consultations and outpatient procedures. The Noahklinik, however, also offers the safety, facilities and care of a state-approved clinic.

Who carries out the operations?

With us, you won’t be operated on „just anywhere“ or anonymously, but will be looked after by specialist doctors.

What happens during an initial consultation?

At our clinic, an initial consultation is designed to discuss your wishes, the medical options available and the risks associated with a procedure in detail. We place great importance on personalised advice and information provided by specialists in plastic and aesthetic surgery.

The typical procedure for an initial consultation:

Recording your medical history.
Discussion of pre-existing conditions, medication, allergies and previous operations.

Investigation and analysis

Our specialist will examine the affected area.
Assessment of the skin, tissue, symmetry and individual anatomical characteristics.

How much does a consultation cost?

Consultations are services provided by a doctor for which a fee is charged. The cost of a consultation for non-essential medical services is EUR 50 for the initial consultation on cosmetic treatments.

Is there a 3D simulation that allows us to see the result in advance?

Yes, we offer a 3D simulation of the expected treatment outcomes . We use the following software for this: VECTRA by Canfield, which allows aesthetic procedures to be visualised in three dimensions in advance.

How safe are the procedures? What are the risks?

All operations are carried out by specialists in plastic and aesthetic surgery. We have the clinical facilities required for both outpatient and inpatient treatment. This contributes significantly to high safety standards and comprehensive aftercare.

Nevertheless, as with any operation, risks cannot be completely ruled out. General risks include post-operative bleeding, infections, impaired wound healing, scarring, swelling, bruising and complications arising from the anaesthetic. In the case of cosmetic procedures, asymmetry, sensory disturbances, unsatisfactory aesthetic results or the need for corrective surgery may also occur.

During your consultation and also during the 3D simulation, we will explain to you that the actual result may differ from the prediction, and that individual factors such as tissue quality, the healing process and physical conditions play an important role. Before any procedure A detailed explanation is therefore provided regarding the benefits, risks and realistic expectations.

Where do the operations take place, and why are they sometimes carried out outside the hospital?

The operations take place on our own premises, specifically at the premises in the Kurfürstenstraße 10-12.

Our clinic has its own modern operating theatres and is authorised to provide both outpatient and inpatient care. Our patients are examined, advised and operated on on our own premises, and, where necessary, receive subsequent inpatient care.

For example, when carrying out Botox treatments, he measures everything with the utmost precision and accuracy! He’s very friendly and easy-going, which makes you feel completely at ease right from the start, so that any initial anxiety or nervousness quickly fades away. My only criticism – though this is clearly not Dr Klingelhöfer’s fault, and that must be made absolutely clear! – is, unfortunately, the team’s appointment scheduling. For filler appointments, for example, very little time is allocated, which means staff sometimes pop in during the treatment and tell him to hurry up. That’s a real shame and quite inappropriate! A procedure like this naturally involves questions, precise marking and the associated measurement of the area(s), which simply do take some time. But here too, to Dr Klingelhöfer’s credit, despite the poor time management, he takes as much time as possible and always makes every effort to answer any questions that are important to you. All in all: for me, he’s the best doctor when it comes to beauty, and the only one in whom I have complete confidence!

He took plenty of time to answer all her many questions, and everything was discussed in detail. She was also able to contact him at any time. The outcome of the operation even exceeded her expectations! My mother’s stay at the clinic (1 day / 1 night) was also made as comfortable as possible. Whether it was the anaesthetist, the operating theatre nurse, the night nurse or reception: everything deserves a ‘very good’ rating. This clinic really is highly recommended!

Every wish is anticipated before you even have to ask. You’re really looked after and can relax after an operation, yet they always check to make sure everything is alright. Prof Noah visited my room several times to check on me and ask how I was getting on. I was allowed to stay here for one night after my breast augmentation because I have three young children at home. I felt as if I were on a mini-break. I can’t recommend Prof Noah, the team and the whole clinic highly enough. It was wonderful and I’d love to come back more often, just for a little pampering break. 😅🤗 The breast surgery went without a hitch. I decided to have it done after breastfeeding three children, as I’d practically lost all breast tissue. After the operation, I had no pain, just some pressure on my chest from the swelling and mild backache. However, I was able to walk and move around again very quickly. I’d like to thank everyone for this brilliant stay. By the way, the practice has had a Thermomix for a week now, and I was treated to some pumpkin soup made in the Thermomix in the evening. Dr Noah replied to every one of my emails personally and answered all my questions individually, honestly, candidly and, at the same time, with a sense of humour. That was a major factor in my decision to choose him. I was more than happy to make the 3,500-kilometre journey and pay the cost. The whole team was outstanding – caring, warm and attentive at all times. I felt completely at ease and well looked after. Despite the swelling and bruising that are still present, I’m already very pleased with the result.

On my long journey towards finally having my breasts reduced, I ended up at the Noah Clinic after several consultations elsewhere. Once I’d decided to have a consultation with Dr Klingelhöfer, I was convinced from the very first minute. The atmosphere at the clinic is incredibly welcoming and professional. I immediately felt at ease and in good hands. My aim was to reduce my cup size from G to B–C – a decision I’d been considering for a long time. During my consultation with Dr Klingelhöfer, everything was explained to me in detail: the surgical procedure, the expected results, potential risks and what I needed to bear in mind during the recovery period. Dr Klingelhöfer took plenty of time to address all my questions and answered them with great patience and expertise. I realised straight away that he is a true aesthete and perfectionist. What particularly impressed me was his passion for his profession – he loves what he does, and that shines through in every conversation. Right from the start, I felt I was in the best of hands. It’s now been a good week since the operation, and I can only say: my expectations have been exceeded! The result is simply beautiful – the proportions are perfect, and I finally feel completely at ease in my own body. My stay at the clinic was extremely pleasant; the entire staff were competent, friendly and always attentive. After my consultation with Prof Noah, one thing was clear to me: this is definitely where the journey continues!! An appointment was arranged very promptly. Any enquiries, whether by telephone or email, were always warmly welcomed, and much more besides. The big day was drawing ever closer, yet any sense of nervousness was completely taken away from me. I felt very, very well looked after right from the start. It began at reception with all the nurses, the anaesthetist, Prof Noah, the surgical team and many others, and continued as a consistent thread throughout. Prof Noah came to see me after the operation, before heading off to enjoy his well-deserved evening off. The anaesthetist also asked very kindly if I was feeling all right. The care I received was thoroughly warm and caring. For this reason, I can only say: ANYTIME and AGAIN AND AGAIN. Today’s appointment (the first check-up) has reaffirmed my positive impression. From being admitted yesterday morning right through to my discharge today, everything went absolutely smoothly – a thoroughly positive experience! Trustindex checks whether the original source of the review is Jameda. I’d like to take this opportunity to give a huge shout-out. I had a consultation with Dr Klingelhöfer regarding BV. I was pleasantly surprised right from the moment I entered the clinic and filled in the patient questionnaire via a QR code on my own mobile phone. I was shown into the consultation room almost straight away, with virtually no waiting time. Dr Klingelhöfer entered the room with a broad smile, which immediately put me at ease. He spent almost two hours giving me detailed (and very honest) advice on everything and answering my questions. I never felt as though I was ‘bothering’ him. After the measurements and a few photos, they were even able to produce a 3D simulation using the implants I’d previously selected. Even Prof. Dr Noah took a moment to speak to me. A quote and a summary of all the information will be sent to me afterwards. All in all, I went home feeling very positive.

An excellent and superbly equipped clinic with friendly and well-organised staff. Prof. Dr Noah really convinced me that there are still outstanding doctors in Germany whom you can trust. First-class patient information and professional execution of the operations. The care provided by the professor is outstanding, both on a personal and medical level. He allays any fears or uncertainties you may have. Despite a very difficult starting point, he ultimately achieved a perfect result. Particularly given that some doctors had actually caused me more harm than good in recent years, I consider myself very fortunate to have taken the step of seeking treatment at the Noah Clinic. Even during the follow-up appointments, the professor was always extremely friendly and very reassuring. The operation took place in October 2023 and doctors have confirmed to me that it was an outstanding job.

The results lasted a few months and then everything was back to how it was before: sagging cheeks, a sad-looking face... I went to another clinic with this problem. They couldn’t help me, but they recommended Dr Noah. That’s how I ended up in Kassel. Dr Noah recommended a solution: a deep SMAS lift. The difference is that the surgeon goes deeper into the centre of the face and thus tightens more skin. After further video consultations, I decided to follow Dr Noah’s advice. I had the operation in January 2023. Now, nine months on, I’m very happy and glad I made that decision! I look just as I’d hoped and I feel great. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Noah for his work! It’s brilliant that this clinic exists!

Prof. Noah is an extremely skilled surgeon and has a very relaxed and friendly manner. Before the operation, he explained to me that the scar above my eyebrows would be visible for about eight weeks. So I made sure I had plenty of concealer to hand. The operation went quickly and I had no discomfort whatsoever afterwards. The stitches were removed after a week and you could hardly see anything; after another week, there was no trace left at all. Prof. Noah did a brilliant job and I’m more than satisfied. After I was deformed in Berlin by a supposedly top surgeon, Prof Xxxxx, due to a faulty liposuction and Jplasma, I went to several plastic surgeons in Berlin and asked for advice. After giving it a great deal of thought, I finally decided, following significant weight loss, to have a consultation regarding my breasts and stomach. After doing some research online, I came across Prof. Noah’s clinic. I was pleased to be given a consultation appointment very quickly, although I had braced myself for a longer wait beforehand (I was given an appointment within four weeks). Prof. Noah took plenty of time for the consultation, addressed all my questions and was able to show me a possible outcome using images – and, for the breast area, also via 3D morphing. After about 10 days, I also received a detailed medical report in which Prof. Noah summarised our conversation once again. A treatment proposal was included with the report. I can wholeheartedly recommend Prof. Noah. The clinic is modern and new; all the staff were very friendly towards me and I felt well looked after. I have scheduled an operation for autumn 2021.

After suffering from sepsis, I was referred to Prof Noah for reconstruction and restoration of functionality. With the implant and my own skin over it, I was able to use my hand as it was before the septicaemia. In the meantime, all of this is no longer an issue, I work normally with my hand, play the guitar and am only slightly restricted. And very happy and grateful!
