Dear Prof. Noah, dear team! What a wonderful sense of well-being! I have deliberately waited 1.5 years after my deep facelift to write this review, as I want to provide potential patients with a genuine long-term account. Immediately after the operation, you’re often over the moon, but what does the result look like once everything has healed completely? To cut to the chase: it was the best decision of my life and I would take this step again in a heartbeat. The result: natural and fresh. My biggest concern before the procedure was the risk of looking „operated on“, „masklike“ or „pulled“ afterwards. The result has turned out so beautifully natural. My facial features and expressions have been completely preserved, and the skin has regained the firmness and position it had in my younger years. I own a fashion shop, and appearance and aesthetics naturally play a major role in my profession. Over the last few years, I’ve had experience with Botox and hyaluronic acid. I was always satisfied with the treatments and there were never any complications. My treating doctor always made sure I looked natural. Unfortunately, however, as we get older, these treatments can no longer produce the desired effect – let alone work magic. I never wanted to walk around looking over-injected, with hamster cheeks or stiff facial expressions. When I noticed that my face, neck and jawline were no longer in harmony with one another, I started looking into the subject of facelifts. I’d already given it some thought in earlier years and had had the pleasure of meeting Prof. Noah. I have fond memories of that conversation from about 15 years ago. Now the time had come. A year and a half ago, I looked into the subject in depth, remembered Prof. Noah and then researched him and his work once more. I knew he had an excellent reputation. So I arranged a consultation with him. After the appointment, I was very quickly certain: if I was to have a facelift, it would be with him. And yet I still needed a few days to think it over. The most striking thing he said was: ’Yes, I am the best!‘ Wow! A bold and confident statement, I thought. But it was phrased so clearly and convincingly that I no longer had any doubts. I trusted him completely. The decision was made: he would operate on me. I was so convinced that I didn’t seek a second opinion at another clinic. The preparation, the operation and the post-operative care were handled in a thoroughly professional and smooth manner. I had virtually no pain, everything healed quite quickly and I was back in my shop after just two weeks. Of course, the scars were still slightly visible and my face was still a little swollen… But it got better every day. My scars are only visible with a magnifying glass – if at all. Over the last few months, I’ve heard time and again about botched facelifts. Everyone knows people by now who’ve had the procedure done. There are many sad and unsavoury stories amongst them. One piece of advice I’d like to give to anyone considering this… never be swayed by supposedly cheap offers. It’s an investment in your life and your appearance – one that you’ll probably only make once on this scale. So put yourself in the best possible hands. I’d like to thank once again everyone who treated and looked after me at the Noah Clinic right from the very start. You were all brilliant!!!! The people around me regularly – and without realising it – tell me how „rejuvenated“, „fresh“ and „radiant“ I look – many reckon I look a good 7–10 years younger, without having any idea that surgery was involved. Prof. Dr Noah operated on my breast 20 years ago at the Red Cross Hospital. I trusted him so much that I’ve been recommending him to my friends ever since. Today, he runs his own fantastic Noah Clinic. I’m currently a patient of his again and, as always, I feel completely at ease and in the best of hands. Dr Klingelhöfer does a brilliant job! For example, when carrying out Botox treatments, he measures everything with the utmost precision and accuracy! He’s very friendly and easy-going, which makes you feel completely at ease right from the start, so that any initial anxiety or nervousness quickly fades away. My only criticism – though this is clearly not Dr Klingelhöfer’s fault, and that must be made absolutely clear! – is, unfortunately, the team’s appointment scheduling. For filler appointments, for example, very little time is allocated, which means staff sometimes pop in during the treatment and tell him to hurry up. That’s a real shame and quite inappropriate! A procedure like this naturally involves questions, precise marking and the associated measurement of the area(s), which simply do take some time. But here too, to Dr Klingelhöfer’s credit, despite the poor time management, he takes as much time as possible and always makes every effort to answer any questions that are important to you. My mother underwent treatment at the Noah Clinic. She was definitely in the best of hands with the surgeon, Dr Al Syouri. He took plenty of time to answer all her many questions, and everything was discussed in detail. She was also able to contact him at any time. The outcome of the operation even exceeded her expectations! My mother’s stay at the clinic (1 day / 1 night) was also made as comfortable as possible. I’ve been seeing Ella for several years now – long before she started working at the Noa Clinic – and I’ve been delighted from day one. Her professional expertise, her honest advice and her incredibly pleasant manner clicked with me straight away. The treatments have helped my skin enormously. My complexion has improved so much over the last few months that I can actually say today: I think I have beautiful skin – and I would never have thought that before. Ella’s expertise, honesty and her eye for what my skin really needs are worth their weight in gold to me. Right from the moment I was admitted and throughout my entire stay, I felt very comfortable; every request was catered for. Many thanks to the whole team for that. I had surgery six weeks ago, performed by Dr Klingelhöfer. I had a tummy tuck, liposuction on my upper abdomen and hips, and rectus diastasis repair. I stayed overnight. The staff’s care and support were very attentive. Above all, they do everything they can to put your mind at ease. The doctor was also extremely friendly – he’d crack a joke now and then and took me and my concerns very seriously. The aftercare is excellent too. I am 46 years old and had a deep plane facelift carried out by Dr Noah. From our first contact right up to today, I have been absolutely delighted. It’s one thing for a doctor to achieve outstanding results in their field – but it’s on a whole other level when, as a patient, you can sense their passion for their profession in every detail. Dr Noah replied to every one of my emails personally and answered all my questions individually, honestly, candidly and, at the same time, with a sense of humour. A New Lease of Life After Breast Reduction – My Experience at the Noah Clinic in Kassel To anyone considering breast reduction surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Noah Clinic in Kassel. On my long journey towards finally having my breasts reduced, I ended up at the Noah Clinic after several consultations elsewhere. Once I’d decided to have a consultation with Dr Klingelhöfer, I was convinced from the very first minute. The atmosphere at the clinic is incredibly welcoming and professional. I immediately felt at ease and in good hands. My aim was to reduce my cup size from G to B–C – a decision I’d been considering for a long time. During my consultation with Dr Klingelhöfer, everything was explained to me in detail: the surgical procedure, the expected results, potential risks and what I needed to bear in mind during the recovery period. Dr Klingelhöfer took plenty of time to address all my questions and answered them with great patience and expertise. I realised straight away that he is a true aesthete and perfectionist. What particularly impressed me was his passion for his profession – he loves what he does, and that shines through in every conversation. Right from the start, I felt I was in the best of hands. It’s now been a good week since the operation, and I can only say: my expectations have been exceeded! The result is simply beautiful – the proportions are perfect, and I finally feel completely at ease in my own body. My stay at the clinic was extremely pleasant; the entire staff were competent, friendly and always attentive. For anyone considering breast reduction surgery but still feeling unsure, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Noah Clinic and, in particular, Dr Klingelhöfer. It’s a decision I’ve never regretted. Come in! Make yourself at home! Be happy! Where do I start and where do I finish? After my consultation with Prof Noah, one thing was clear to me: this is definitely where the journey continues!! An appointment was arranged very promptly. Any enquiries, whether by telephone or email, were always warmly welcomed, and much more besides. The big day was drawing ever closer, yet any sense of nervousness was completely taken away from me. I felt very, very well looked after right from the start. It began at reception with all the nurses, the anaesthetist, Prof Noah, the surgical team and many others, and continued as a consistent thread throughout. Prof Noah came to see me after the operation, before heading off to enjoy his well-deserved evening off. The anaesthetist also asked very kindly if I was feeling all right. The care I received was thoroughly warm and caring. For this reason, I can only say: ANYTIME and AGAIN AND AGAIN. Today’s appointment (the first check-up) has reaffirmed my positive impression. I’d like to take this opportunity to give a huge shout-out. I had a consultation with Dr Klingelhöfer regarding BV. I was pleasantly surprised right from the moment I entered the clinic and filled in the patient questionnaire via a QR code on my own mobile phone. I was shown into the consultation room almost straight away, with virtually no waiting time. Dr Klingelhöfer entered the room with a broad smile, which immediately put me at ease. He spent almost two hours giving me detailed (and very honest) advice on everything and answering my questions. I never felt as though I was ‘bothering’ him. After the measurements and a few photos, they were even able to produce a 3D simulation using the implants I’d previously selected. Even Prof. Dr Noah took a moment to speak to me. Several basal cell carcinomas on my nose and in the corner of my eye! An excellent and superbly equipped clinic with friendly and well-organised staff. Prof. Dr Noah really convinced me that there are still outstanding doctors in Germany whom you can trust. First-class patient information and professional execution of the operations. The care provided by the professor is outstanding, both on a personal and medical level. He allays any fears or uncertainties you may have. Despite a very difficult starting point, he ultimately achieved a perfect result. Particularly given that some doctors had actually caused me more harm than good in recent years, I consider myself very fortunate to have taken the step of seeking treatment at the Noah Clinic. Even during the follow-up appointments, the professor was always extremely friendly and very reassuring. A year ago, before I met Dr Noah, I had a facelift at another clinic.  The results lasted a few months  and then everything was back to how it was before: sagging cheeks, a sad-looking face...  I went to another clinic with this problem. They couldn’t help me, but  they recommended Dr Noah. That’s how I ended up in Kassel. Dr Noah recommended a solution: a deep SMAS lift.  The difference is that the surgeon goes deeper into the centre of the face and thus tightens more skin. After further video consultations, I decided to follow Dr Noah’s advice. I had the operation in January 2023. Now, nine months on, I’m very happy and glad I made that decision! I look just as I’d hoped and I feel great. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Noah for his work! During our initial consultation (regarding an eyelid lift), Prof. Dr Noah’s very friendly, empathetic and professional manner immediately allayed most of my worries and fears. Four weeks ago, I had a brow lift at the Noah Clinic. Prof. Noah is an extremely skilled surgeon and has a very relaxed and friendly manner. Before the operation, he explained to me that the scar above my eyebrows would be visible for about eight weeks. So I made sure I had plenty of concealer to hand. The operation went quickly and I had no discomfort whatsoever afterwards. The stitches were removed after a week and you could hardly see anything; after another week, there was no trace left at all. After I was deformed in Berlin by a supposedly top surgeon, Prof Xxxxx, due to a faulty liposuction and Jplasma, I went to several plastic surgeons in Berlin and asked for advice. Many PC's gave me the tip to also consult Dr Noah and ask for his opinion. I did this by e-mail and by sending photos and a few days later I received his recommendation for the further course of treatment completely free of charge. After giving it a great deal of thought, I finally decided, following significant weight loss, to have a consultation regarding my breasts and stomach. After doing some research online, I came across Prof. Noah’s clinic. I was pleased to be given a consultation appointment very quickly, although I had braced myself for a longer wait beforehand (I was given an appointment within four weeks). Prof. Noah took plenty of time for the consultation, addressed all my questions and was able to show me a possible outcome using images – and, for the breast area, also via 3D morphing. After about 10 days, I also received a detailed medical report in which Prof. Noah summarised our conversation once again. A treatment proposal was included with the report. I can wholeheartedly recommend Prof. Noah. The clinic is modern and new; all the staff were very friendly towards me and I felt well looked after. Prof Dr Ernst Magnus Noah saved my left hand with an implant and kept it functional. After suffering from sepsis, I was referred to Prof Noah for reconstruction and restoration of functionality. With the implant and my own skin over it, I was able to use my hand as it was before the septicaemia.
