Injecting dark circles under the eyes: Procedure of the treatment
First, Prof. Noah checks which causes are responsible for the dark eye rims. If diseases can be ruled out, then it is necessary to consider which measure makes the most sense.
For pigment disorders, medical lightening creams can be used first. However, peelings also help. Amazing results can be achieved in selected treatments with micro fat.
In the case of vein drawings, it must be considered whether and how these can be sclerosed. Sometimes this also requires surgery.
The deepening of the tear trough is the treatment domain of the Filler. Prof. Noah usually uses hyaluronic acid in the first step because it is easy to model. If there are problems, it is quickly removed with hylase. Moreover, the body breaks it down again after a few months, so the patient can test the results first. Another advantage: hyaluronic acid is cheaper than autologous fat. However, if the patient wishes to have liposuction at the same time, the fat cells removed in the process can be used directly for injecting the dark circles under the eyes.
Hyaluronic acid to remove dark circles under the eyes
Hyaluronic acid is a substance that is found in every human body. It is an important component of connective tissue. Synthetically produced hyaluronic acid is often used in plastic aesthetic surgery because it has a natural plumping effect.
In the case of dark circles, it helps to inject typical hollows. Prof. Noah adapts the dose to the findings. After the injection, the skin layer is thicker.
How does the injecting of dark circles with autologous fat work?
Instead of hyaluronic acid, you can also remove dark circles with your own fat. To do this, Prof. Noah first removes fatty tissue from the thighs, knees or abdomen. Like any procedure, eye ring removal is not entirely risk-free. Possible complications include bruising, swelling and uneven skin texture. Nerve injuries are very rare. Especially with doctors who regularly perform injections. With inexperienced users who do not know the anatomical conditions, there is also a theoretical risk of blindness.
