For more information 👇 This result shows that breast augmentation is often about much more than just „size“. For our patient (55 kg, 1.65 m), the focus was on natural shaping and balancing out anatomical features. The initial situation/findings of the breasts: The anatomical conditions were: - An existing keel chest in the upper third of the thorax. - A clear volume asymmetry of approx. 80 ml between the right and left side. - Different heights of the underbust folds (IMF) and nipples. Our solution: a balancing lipofilling (autologous fat transfer) In order to achieve a harmonious C-cup without implants, we have opted for the body's own method. Body contouring: The high-quality donor fat was obtained by liposuction (suction) on the inner thighs and abdomen. Transfer to the breasts: In order to equalise the asymmetry as precisely and symmetrically as possible, the right breast was relined with 236 ml and the left breast with 150 ml of pure fat aspirate. The result The after-image shows a symmetrical, harmonious breast shape that fits the patient's petite proportions very well. The keel chest and the difference in volume between the breasts were harmoniously balanced. 👇 More info on the case: Medical indication: Restoration of the body statics As a result of a thyroidectomy and a change in diet, the patient reduced her body weight by a total of 34 kg. The loss of the supporting fatty tissue led to pronounced tissue sagging and grade III mastoptosis (sagging breast). At this stage, the nipple is clearly below the underbust fold. This resulted in a pathological strain on the spine with chronic pain and severe tension in the neck and back (cervical/spinal syndrome). Furthermore, there were recurrent skin irritations and intertrigo in the underbust folds. Our solution for a given medical indication: In order to achieve permanent stability and natural volume without foreign bodies, a specialised form of breast lift was used: Mastopexy with the autoprosthesis technique. What does this mean in concrete terms? Instead of simply tightening the remaining autologous tissue or replacing it with silicone implants, the patient's existing glandular and fatty tissue is remodelled. For this purpose, the deeply sagging tissue of the lower pole of the breast is dissected, swivelled upwards and fixed to the deep muscle fascia deep under the skin mantle. The mammary gland/fat tissue is moulded as the body's own „implant“. Medical reconstruction of the abdominal wall ✨ After two pregnancies, there was pronounced abdominal wall instability with rectus diastasis and a symptomatic skin apron on the lower abdomen. As part of the operation, an anatomical rectus tightening was performed to restore muscular stability and 1,037 g of skin-fat tissue was removed. In addition, ultrasound-assisted liposuction (2,100 ml) was performed to contour the flanks and back.
