So fresh and so clean ✨🫧 Did you know that we have our own reprocessing facility for our surgical instruments? 🔪💎 This is the only way we can guarantee that every instrument is sterile and hygienic to the highest standards - while at the same time conserving resources and protecting the environment 🌱♻️. 👉 This is how the process works: 1️⃣ Pre-cleaning - immediately after the operation, the instruments are collected in special containers and roughly pre-cleaned. 2️⃣ Machine cleaning - our high-performance washing machines use water, cleaning agents and high temperatures to completely rinse off any residue. 3️⃣ Drying & care - the instruments are dried and checked to ensure that nothing is damaged. 4️⃣ Sterilisation in an autoclave - even the last bacteria or viruses are reliably killed under pressure and with hot steam. 5️⃣ Packaging & checking - at the end, the sets are sealed and labelled so that they are ready for use and guaranteed sterile ✅.
